Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will act as a software detective. Your typical day will involve identifying and resolving issues within various components of critical business systems, ensuring that services run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Azure DevOps, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
