Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network security principles. - Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
