Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring seamless operation of communication and collaboration tools. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards effective solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system operations. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users on system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with various collaboration tools and platforms. - Ability to analyze and interpret system performance metrics. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
