Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. You will engage in resolving client issues and ensuring system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication with clients - Implement system enhancements - Conduct system testing and troubleshooting Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls - Strong understanding of network security principles - Experience in firewall configuration and management - Knowledge of VPN technologies - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting network issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
