Key Responsibilities

 

• Coordinating service strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Monitoring performance metrics to drive improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Managing regional service teams to achieve KPIs and improve service delivery processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conducting regular training sessions for team development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving service issues promptly and effectively.
