Assistant Manager

The Operations team steers and supports the CH business leadership on aspects such as stakeholder relationship management, financial planning, key initiatives, KPI tracking, and compliance, among others – to ensure seamless day-to-day running of the CH business.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader to join the CH Operations team. The individual will work closely with the Business Unit’s Chief Operating Officer (BU COO) and play a critical role in driving our strategic agenda, manage key relationships and processes, and support the CH leadership team (CH LT). The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Project Management Office (PMO):

Lead and drive focus on key initiatives and priorities across the CH Operations teamDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverablesMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure alignment and coordination of team members to achieve project objectives

 

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Quality Assurance:

Conduct data analysis to drive decisions and strategic planning, including analyzing large and disparate data sets in ExcelUnderstand highly nuanced, complex problems related to business operations, and stitch together solutions touching multiple processesImplement and maintain quality control processes to ensure operational excellence

 

Supporting the CH Leadership Team (LT) forum and interactions:

Organize and facilitate CH LT meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action itemsPrepare agendas, materials, and presentations for CH LT and other leadership meetings

 

Manage key relationships and processes:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within KGS and onshoreImplement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

  Preferred technical & functional skills

Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) including advanced functions, Macros, et.alAbility to setup dashboarding using tools such as Power BI and automation tools such as PowerAutomatePMP and Six Sigma certification will be an advantage
