AR / Collections Team - Assistant Manager
Department: Finance – Accounts Receivable and Collections
Reports To: Collections Lead
Shift Timing: Flexible Shift (to support global clients)
India: (Remote / Hybrid)
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing, analytical, and result-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Accounts Receivable / Collections team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who brings strategic insight, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional skills to drive collections, optimize cash flow, and enhance client satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Collections Management: Lead end-to-end collections cycle including follow-ups, customer communication, dispute resolution.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate AR dashboards and analyze multi-currency environments to track performance.
- Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement: Design and implement strategies for credit control and automation in AR processes.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact for all AR-related issues with clients and stakeholders.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and maintain documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (mandatory)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AR, collections, or credit control. Experience with global clients and multi-currency environments preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Strong understanding of collections strategy, credit control, and receivables accounting
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI and AR analytics tools
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong business acumen.
- Analytical / Decision Making, Critical / Innovative Thinking
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills\
