About Global Clients and Markets
KGS Global Clients and Markets (GCM) is a 70+ member, multi-capability team supporting sales enablement efforts for Global Sectors and priorities, and priority accounts’ portfolios. The team provides support to the GCM Leadership and programs (supporting multiple member firms) and Firmwide initiatives.
Our team strives to deliver on the firm’s trust and growth ambition by driving execution and consistency of sales and Go to Market processes, reinforcing a strong and efficient sales culture. This effectively increases our win rate on global opportunities and delivers a compelling and consistent client experience across the network. The GCM team helps to develop our client relationships, sell the technology-enabled solutions that let our clients see the difference in us, and establish our credentials in the areas where clients are making their biggest investments. We drive market-informed decision making across the firm, helping the firm identify opportunities at a portfolio level, commit resources and make the investments that accelerate growth.
On the path to accelerated growth, the role of our Global Sectors has become more critical than ever before. Our Global Sectors convene powerful networks and drive alignment, best practice and innovation. They also provide market perspective in the development of solutions and propositions. Through GCM’s Global Sector Program, we enable the sectors by supporting the execution of sector strategies through thriving communities led by the Global Sector Heads (and Executives), in close co-ordination with Regional and National Sector programs.
A significant part of enabling the sectors include helping the Sector Head in identifying key areas of demand (or priorities) in the sector and then establishing and maintaining connectivity between functions, member firms and accounts to enable a consistent and efficient way to take our collective investments to market in that area. We call these priority campaigns.
Roles & responsibilities
- Support Global, Regional Sector Executives, Global ESG Executives and other Sector network members in proving sales enablement support on Campaigns and Sector priorities through:
- PMO activities regarding meetings setup, events, meeting notes, agendas, prep material etc.
- Delivering actionable, sales enablement insights — based on secondary research and internal-information (revenue, plan and pipeline)
- Building/managing a global network or community comprising key participants who will own parts of the strategy and be accountable for growth across the KPIs
- Pipeline management of leading opportunities
- Sales enablement and reporting support for the leading portfolio of accounts (clients) within the sector
- Oversee a team of 4-5 members with responsibilities including:
Experience and Qualification
•7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions; with and Masters/MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college•Prolonged exposure to researching and analyzing sector trends•Experience of working within a dynamic offshore environment with global teams across different time zones•Strong sector knowledge•Previous success in implementation of strategic and change management projects•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Power BIExperience Level
