Role Purpose 

The role is responsible for effective monitoring of dashboards to highlight early warning signs of stress in the portfolio to support implementation of strategies for optimal limit assignment based on income estimation models.

Role Accountability 

  1. Support in creation of credit strategy for co-brand partners
  2. Support in monitoring of incoming data quality from partners, approval rates & decline reasons
  3. Support in dynamic adjustment of score cut-offs & limits to manage early delinquency
  4. Identify monthly  of stress segments and development of mitigation strategies
  5. Perform UAT of strategy changes in decision engine
  6. Track detailed soft approval rates, decline reasons & final approval rates & highlight significant changes & steps to improve the same

Measures of Success 

  1. Early Delinquency as per agreed threshold
  2. Instances of errors in signed-off system implementations
  3. Effective monitoring of dashboards to highlight early warning signs of stress in the portfolio
  4. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Good working knowledge of SAS, SPSS Modeler, SAS E Miner, Python and R etc. (at least one is required)
  2. Good understanding of market environment and competitor landscape on retail lending
