Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Recruiter (Analytics) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top analytical talent, particularly in AI, data science, and analytics roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment strategies, market mapping, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring decisions.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:• End-to-end recruitment for analytics roles across different levels.• Identify and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche analytics, AI, and data science talent.Stakeholder & Candidate Management:• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.• Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor hiring.• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Required Qualifications & Skills:Must-Have:• 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically hiring for analytics, AI, data science, or tech roles.• Strong expertise in sourcing analytics professionals through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Kaggle, and other platforms.• Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintain accurate candidate databases.• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
