Assistant Manager-HR Operations (Compliance)


Freecharge is seeking a skilled Labour & Statutory Compliance Specialist to oversee nationwide compliance, audits, and regulatory needs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, CLRA Act, and more.

- Supervise vendor compliance & labor law audits.

- Handle statutory filings, risk management, and government inspections.

- Develop HR policies & conduct compliance training.


Experience: 7-8 years | MBA/PGD in Labour Laws
