Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Maintain a steady flow of new leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Customer Engagement
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for field sales representatives.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product/service value propositions.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Track lead status and update pipeline reports regularly.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
