Assistant Manager-KDNI
AM - EMA Sector Support team
- Deliver sales enablement insights — business research and internal information on revenue, plan and pipeline — to EMA C&M leadership and EMA sector executives by combining internal planning and sales data with externally researched market trends.
- Provide enhanced support through actionable reporting, enabling support from the wider sales enablement network, providing relevant and proactive intelligence
- Connect periodically with the EMA C&M leadership and EMA sector executives to brainstorm requirements, ideas and growth trends
- Contribute to preparation of internal client deliverables (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) – prepare/supervise client ready presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand
- Contribute to research and benchmarking assignments – either as part of an internal ongoing project, or as part of external business development efforts
- Connect with EMA sector executives to ensure that the service delivery is in line with their strategic and operational requirements and that the EMA sector program is working in alignment with the Global and Member firms’ sector programs.
- Oversee a group of junior colleagues who will be catering to requests from various EMA sector executives, with similar sales enablement activities and insights
- Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, continuous feedback, on-hand help with scoping and delivery, quality management, performance management and career development
- Ensure proper dissemination of information and guidance to them arising out of business requirements
- Manage their bandwidth across sectors to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Help them deliver error free output while adhering to project timelines and effort estimates
- Develop innovative products for achievement of overall business objectives and achieve efficiency targets through automation, standardization, and process improvement
- Own and drive progress in one or more team level operational initiatives including hiring, quality, L&D, Reward & Recognition, etc.
- Support the EMA C&M leadership in achieving wider EMA sector program objectives and implementation of newer mandates.
Essential Skills
- Strong business research & analysis skills, including secondary research (sector-agnostic)
- Very strong data interpretation and analysis. Understanding of/proficiency with visualization platforms such as PowerBI will be an added advantage
- Excellent business communication (structuring, writing, speaking and articulation)
- Excellent report writing skills – ability to weave together a story starting with a problem statement and presenting it in a high impact manner suitable for senior leadership
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong project/program management skills
- Experience of managing small to medium sized teams and people development responsibilities
Experience and Qualification
- 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions of investment banks; with and MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college.
- Prolonged exposure to researching and analyzing sector trends
- Experience of working within a dynamic offshore environment with global teams across different time zones
