Assistant Manager- KDNI-COO support

Roles & responsibilities

.- Review of contracts (SOWs, MFEs)

 - Act as a point of contact for projects, initiatives, and operations for the assigned area

 - Create consolidated business reports - collating, extracting, and reconciling project hours/codes status and identify and resolve issues

 - Provide ongoing operations support and reporting to both onshore/offshore leadership to help them run their businesses

 - Assist with tracking various business KPIs like headcount, delivery hours, utilization, engagement data etc

 - Generating and maintaining other day to day MIS data and updating stakeholders.

 - Monitor and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SLAs.

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to resolve operational issues.

 - Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans.

•Completing projects in a timely manner with a good quality •Able to work in a team and on multiple projects •Showing ownership and proactively adding value to team wide initiatives •Displaying strong presence and impact in the wider team •Manage monthly/weekly reporting on business metrics/KPIs to business COO and leads •Analyze, consolidate, summarize and report information generated from various data platforms and services and maintain trackers •Support standard management reporting processes and metrics by creating report templates, dashboards and other materials as required  

Preferred technical &
functional skills

•Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint •Proficiency in mining data from databases and resources. •Technical skills around data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and visualization. •Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and good understanding of business reporting

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
