Assistant Manager- KDNI-COO support
Roles & responsibilities
.- Review of contracts (SOWs, MFEs)
- Act as a point of contact for projects, initiatives, and operations for the assigned area
- Create consolidated business reports - collating, extracting, and reconciling project hours/codes status and identify and resolve issues
- Provide ongoing operations support and reporting to both onshore/offshore leadership to help them run their businesses
- Assist with tracking various business KPIs like headcount, delivery hours, utilization, engagement data etc
- Generating and maintaining other day to day MIS data and updating stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to resolve operational issues.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Work experience
•4–6 years of experience in business operations or process management.
