Assistant Manager, Procurement

Location - DLF Cyber City, Gurugram

Assistant Manager Sourcing & Procurement:

 

o   Responsible for overall sourcing activity for P2P model of procurement for our client

o   Candidate to be based out of Concentrix India and should be able deliver end to end procurement solution to the requestor.

o   Can run RFQ/RFP/RFX independently and should be able to close on his own. Inviting and allotting tenders.

o   Should be able to deal with manpower soft and tech services vendors and establish fair value evaluation.

o   Selection of appropriate supplier, negotiating with supplier and strong knowledge of searching/selecting new supplier. Create adequate source & supplier identification.

o   Responsible of preparation & execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers & sub-contractors.

o   Should be able prepare weekly/monthly MIS/spend reports.

o   Collecting quotations from various vendors and negotiating the prices and other terms & conditions.

o   To keep a track of all purchase orders and prepare monthly/quarterly dashboard.

o   Vendor management and Negotiation.

o   Follow up with the site operation to ensure the execution of the purchase orders.

o   Maintain database of all requirements coming from client.

o   Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.

o   Generate monthly/quarterly report of issued POs with savings. And Publishing of monthly, quarterly and yearly saving dashboard.

o   Tracking of TAT of all Ad-hoc R&M/Project RFQs and POs on weekly basis.

o   Resolution of supplier payments and various queries with finance team.

o   To ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.

o   Sharing of monthly trackers with management.

o   Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.

o   Quarterly business review with supplier and internal stakeholders.

o   Monitor supplier performance and monthly SLA

o   Liaison with the site operation team to sync up all kind of requirements and purchase plan.

o   Liaison with finance department for timely payment of vendor bills.

o   Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.

o   Should be able to establish rate contract for regular recurring material

o   Effective management of vendor database.

o   ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.

o   Development of new vendors.

o   Conducting trainings for vendors to educate them about company’s requirements and help them in improving their performance.

o   Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.

o   Running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stake holders.

o   Developing reports on various programs run for vendor development for top management.

o   Conduct Ethics Training for vendor partners and site operations.

o   Procurement Induction and session to JLL site operations

o   Coordination with JLL finance to clear vendor payments and client billings

o   Ensure processes are implemented as per JLL S&P manual.

o   Ensure JCAP (JLL client assurance program) requirements are adhered to.
