Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, AMS/Sales & Commercial
In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement of existing processes in healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
• Lead ops team of 50+ resources for After Market Services / Sales & Commercial work-scopes.
• Enhance client experience through superior service; implement new tools and technologies.
• Own people managements aspects such as hiring, grooming, upskilling, career development etc.
• Establish Daily Management in the team.
• Participate in RFI/RFQ/RFPs for Genpact, mastering offerings and building innovative solutions in collaboration with sales, service lines, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee team delivery, outcomes, & performance through direct and indirect reporting via TLs.
• Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders.
• Create strong solution differentiation by integrating Process, Tech, and Analytics.
• Establish mechanisms to identify and address performance gaps or breakthroughs and develop improvement plans.
• Ownership of all contracts & associated commercials. Manage updates / changes. Responsible for creating new contracts between Genpact & client and procure necessary approvals.
• Engage internal and external communications, including calls, workshops, and meetings.
• Candidate will require to work from office.
Client Management:
• Responsible for client governance – monthly, quarterly or as required by Genpact or clients.
• Responsible for driving SLA adherence.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure accuracy / integrity of data.
• Identify areas of new growth opportunities for Genpact with existing and new clients
Process Improvements:
• Drive automation and improvements within processes to streamline operations through Lean, Digital and Six Sigma tools.
• Be flexible to learn new tools and options to improve outcomes for team and clients.
Specific Competencies (Essential)
• Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple virtual and geographically spread teams/ clients and understand / appreciate the cultural nuances.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication and Presentation skills. Should be able to prepare & present independently & confidently to Genpact senior leadership and Client organization.
• Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing and consensus building skills.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Must have skills/experience:
o Must be a graduate with vast work experience
o Experience leading teams of at least 50 employees for good years.
o Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Experience in front-ending, transitioning, and stabilizing new deals or relationships.
o Flexible schedule and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred skills:
o Preferred working knowledge of Power BI, VBA and automations.
o Prior work experience of supporting healthcare industry.
o Understanding of ETL
