Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Automation & Analytics Lead – Growth Operations
The Automation & Analytics Lead (AVP) will own and drive internal analytics automation and reporting transformation across Genpact functions. The role is focused on eliminating manual reporting, enabling realtime insights, and scaling Tableau, BI tools, and CRMA based dashboards to support faster, more accurate, and datadriven decision making.
This role acts as a central enabler for leadership reporting, operational transparency, and selfservice analytics, partnering with Operations, Finance, Sales, Transformation, and Digital teams.
Responsibilities
1. Internal Analytics & Reporting Automation
Lead the transformation of manual, spreadsheet driven reporting into automated, real time dashboards.
Drive adoption and standardization of Tableau, Power BI, CRMA, and enterprise BI platforms across internal teams.
Design and deploy scalable dashboards for:
Operations performance
Transformation tracking
Financial and productivity metrics
Client and account intelligence
Reduce manual effort, reporting cycle time, and data inconsistencies through automation.
2. Data & Dashboard Strategy
Define enterprise level dashboarding and reporting standards (metrics, definitions, refresh cadence, governance).
Partner with data, IT, and platform teams to ensure data availability, quality, and performance.
Enable near real time and self service analytics for leadership and business users.
Drive consistency in metrics across functions, eliminating duplicate and conflicting reports.
3. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Act as a single threaded owner for internal analytics automation initiatives.
Work closely with senior stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Sales, Transformation, HR) to understand reporting needs.
Translate business requirements into clear visualization and automation solutions.
Present insights and dashboards effectively to VP / SVP / CXO audiences.
4. CRMA & Commercial Analytics Enablement
Drive automation of CRMA based reporting and dashboards to support:
Pipeline and revenue visibility
Deal tracking and performance
Sales effectiveness and forecasting
Ensure tight integration between CRMA, finance, and operational data sources.
Enable leadership with a single, trusted source of commercial insights.
5. Governance, Controls & Sustainability
Establish governance frameworks for dashboard creation, access, and changes.
Ensure alignment with data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Track and report benefits realization—effort reduction, accuracy improvement, speed to insight.
Drive long term sustainability and reduction of adhoc reporting.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and grow a team of BI developers, analysts, and automation specialists.
Build deep capability in Tableau, BI platforms, CRMA reporting, and data modeling.
Coach teams on visualization best practices and business storytelling.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation first thinking.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Years of experience in analytics, BI, or digital transformation, preferably in BPM / Shared Services / Consulting environments.
Strong handson expertise in:
Tableau (mandatory)
Power BI or similar BI tools
CRMA (Salesforce Analytics or equivalent)
Proven experience automating complex, manual reporting ecosystems.
Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and enterprise reporting design.
Experience working with senior business leaders and crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Prior experience in Genpact like environments: Analytics COE, Lean Digital, Internal Transformation, or Enterprise Reporting.
Exposure to commercial, finance, and operations reporting.
Working knowledge of SQL, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms.
MBA or advanced degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Management.
