Role Purpose 

Responsible for Cards Product Management and developing New Alliances /  embedded Partnerships

This role will also be responsible for tracking New Card Sales & implementing projects / contests to increase New Card Sales.

Role Accountability 

  1. Manage the existing premium card partnerships which includes tracking and managing partner expectations
  2. Create long term strategic embedded  partnerships to enhance value proposition for their respective products 
  3. Evaluate product value proposition continuously which includes extensive industry benchmarking and engaging with various research firms 
  4. Conceptualize and enhance value proposition of existing products while ensuring the competitive edge and with focus on evolving customer needs 
  5. Manage tracking, reporting new card sales and implementing projects
  6. Liaison with partners for increase in new card sales
  7. Decide upon Product Positioning, Sales, and Branding & Communication strategy inoculation with other teams 
  8. Manage creation of Business Requirement document for launch of new product and enhancement of existing products 
  9. Work in cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products and functionalities 
  10. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

  2. Value Proposition Budget Management 
  3. Complaint Management 
  4. Product P&L Management 
  5. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Understanding of Card Payment ecosystems and processes 
  2. Knowledge of new age technologies like Tokenization, Blockchain, etc.
  3. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines around Card payments
  4. Experience in Project Management

Qualification 

MBA in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
