Associate

We're on the lookout for a sharp, analytical and strategic Associate for Founder's Office to work directly with our leadership team at HealthKart.

This isn’t your typical role- it’s an opportunity to dive deep into high-impact business initiatives, crunch numbers like a pro and influence key decisions at the top level. If you love problem-solving, financial modeling and data-driven decision-making, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze complex data & present insights that drive key business strategies
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance & investment opportunities
• Collaborate across teams to streamline forecasting & budgeting processes
• Work alongside leadership, making strategic recommendations that shape the company’s future

Who You Are:

• A whiz at Excel & PowerPoint—turning numbers into powerful narratives
• A critical thinker & problem solver with an eye for detail
• Background in Economics (Hons), B.Com (Hons), or Math (Hons) (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis/forecasting
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of sports nutrition or consumer goods

Location: Sector-14, Gurgaon

Working Days: Mon-Fri (Work from Office)
