Associate Consultant- Advisory Digital- Insights

 Looking for an Associate Consultant in the Advisory Digital-Insights team majorly focusing on Government sector

Job Role:

• Conducting benchmarking studies to drive effectiveness and efficiency of corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT, etc.), and within industry (Government Advisory, Technology, C&R, Healthcare) based on a set of relevant quantitative metrics, which include cost, process and staffing related metrics
• Conducting extensive secondary research to identify relevant information/ data using reliable third-party or open sources
• Analysing social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs) to understand consumer reach and sentiment towards Target brands and compare with industry peers
• Analysing website traffic and related characteristics to compare site performance among competitors and identify KPIs that impact business
• Connecting with onshore users (advisors from KPMG member firms across the world) to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Ensuring highest quality and on-time delivery for all the projects
• Sectors: Government (Federal/ State), Consumer markets, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Technology, Media &Telecom, Financial Services, Energy and Natural resources

Technical Skills:

• MBA, master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, particularly in a professional services firm/Strategy consulting/ third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions of investment bank
• Proficiency in MS-Office – Intermediate/Advanced MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
• Demonstrates competence, knowledge and understanding of key financial / operational metrics
• Exposure to analytical tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL would be a plus
• Highly articulate with excellent communication
• Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, and sound business / commercial acumen
