Associate Consultant - DDL
•Performing thorough examination and analysis of financial information (including trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.)•Identifying risk associated with existing and potential asset-based lending transaction and conduct relevant financial analysis•Preparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with project requirements•Analyzing extensive data sets and preparing data books to comprehend working capital components, historical trends/observations and framing questions for client/target company•Examining clients’ compliance with the servicing criteria outlined in Item 1122(d) of Reg AB with respect to asset backed securities transactions•Perform procedures related to compliance with the SEC's Regulation AB (includes investor reporting and remittance)•Utilize tools such as ABLA, Power Query etc. on projectsMBA or CA or CFA or ACCA
