Workday Absence & Time Tracking - Associate Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities: Time & Absence Functional Consultant

• Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements.
• Functional Consultant with relevant knowledge and experience of the respective business processes for design and configuration
• Understands Workday domains and how to maintain security business processes. 
• Responsible for Config Change Deployment, Bug fix support & report creation.

 

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday HCM Core (Must Have)
• Workday Absence or Workday Time tracking (Must Have)

 

Experience & Background 

• BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
• 2-4 years of IT experience
• Must have at least worked on 2 – 3 support projects focusing on Absence & Time module
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with Shift based on project requirements.
• To design/configure platform/function enhancements & client-specific custom components including impact assessment, fit-gap analysis, performance impact & value outcome.
• To resolve high complexity Workday tickets
• To troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues reported.
• To be responsible for meaningful client communications from the team
• To contribute across clients and/or geographies in a shared resourcing model
• To handle Workday Release & Regression testing.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday AMS support.
• Hands on Experience of HCM Core, Absence & Time Tracking module.
• Experience in handling Country Specific Data requirements.
• Taking ownership of Build and connecting with counterparts and stake holders to resolve existing issues.
• Experience on Handling Workday Releases & Regression Testing.
• Good understanding of ITIL process & tools like – ServiceNow etc.
