Job details
•Proposed designation : Associate Director •Role type : Team / Function lead •Reporting to : Director •Geo to be supported : GlobalDelivering Client Engagements:
•Align commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews for infrastructure projects / clients •Driving and implementing the design and structuring the outputs (financial models) and co-deliver engagements working with a team of juniors/individually (as needed), ensuring consistency with quality, adherence to desired outcomes, with an eye on value add at each stage •Structure, review and develop high quality reports, presentations, and design qualitative and quantitative frameworks to approach client problemsBusiness Development:
•Driving strategic growth across the infrastructure sectors through developing market packs/ collaterals •Co-ordinate pitch support and debriefs on the most strategic opportunities, including proposal responses issued by Government as well as multilaterals (Asian Development Bank, World Bank) •Assist the practice offices with writing thought leaderships, white papers and point of view documents •Supporting Lead Partners and Country leaders within the sector to drive growth •Overall general co-ordination of the Sector activity, building a strong community across a diverse regionPractice Development:
•Directing, managing, and mentoring junior team members on engagements •Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team •Recruiting, managing, and contributing to the development of junior staff •Ensuring KPMG's quality and risk management procedures are completed to the appropriate standard •Pro-actively keeping up to date in your field of profession on a global levelContributing to point of views, thought leadership and knowledge
Educational qualifications
•MBA / PGDBM from a leading Indian/International educational institutionPrior experience
•Relevant experience (8-12 years) gained in either Corporate roles, Debt Syndication, Fund-raising, Project Finance, regulatory finance, PPP, Infra SPV’s or similar deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable)Experience Level
