Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Learning Admin!

As an Analyst in the Learning Administration team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and maintenance of employee learning programs. You will provide backend support for learning system data, course administration, and LMS reporting. The role requires attention to detail, operational accuracy, and strong stakeholder communication, especially with global HR and L&D teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Learning Administration:
    • Manage end-to-end administrative tasks within Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, session setup, and instructor coordination.
    • Maintain and update training calendars and participant lists.
    • Coordinate nominations, reminders, feedback surveys, and certifications for assigned learning programs (e.g., compliance training, onboarding, retail leadership modules).
    • Generate reports
  2. Data Management & Reporting:
    • Generate and maintain accurate reports from LMS including participation logs, training status, and completion reports.
    • Maintain audit trails and change logs for all major updates in LMS platforms.
  3. Communication Managements:
    • Provide timely responses to employee queries regarding system access, training assignments, or performance reviews.
    • Document and escalate recurring issues or enhancement requests to system support or global process owners.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree.

·       Good years of experience in learning management and coordination roles.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Certification on a LMS platform
  • Knowledge of eLearning tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
