Associate Product Manager

We are seeking candidates who have:

• B2C Experience – Previous work in a consumer-facing environment is key.
• Structured Problem-Solving – A clear and practical approach to addressing challenges.
• Keen on Numbers – You’re comfortable with data and metrics, using them to inform your decisions.
• Strong Product Knowledge – A deep understanding of what makes products succeed in the market.

Qualifications:  

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, ideally within a technology-driven, consumer focused company. 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. An MBA or Master’s degree in a similar advanced field is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (from ideation to post-launch),
• especially in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, MO engage, etc.) to measure product performance and drive improvements. 
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Previous experience working in automotive tech, fintech, lending, insurance, B2C business and mobile apps is highly desirable. 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and creating impactful products that solve real-world problems. 
•  A good understanding of design, user experience and user interface and previous experience of working closely with design team.
