Professional Summary 

 

  • Proven track record of managing administration, billing and financial operations, raising PRs, POs, and handling end-to-end billing for Pan-India FM suppliers. 

  • Expertise in operations management, with proficiency in software tools such as Oracle, Kofax-Markview, SAP, and MoveInSync. 

  • Led cross-functional teams, providing 24/7 support and managing complex logistics with a focus on cost-efficiency and compliance. 

  • Strong communication skills, evidenced by successful coordination between finance departments, suppliers, and service teams. 

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, training and mentoring teams to achieve organizational objectives and maintain high service standards. 

  • Create vendor allocation reports comparing business recommendations to business allocations, with detailed explanations 

  • Maintain an invoice tracker and PO tracker for all facility suppliers across Pan India. 

  • Maimon and recorded the no dues certificates from all the suppliers. 

  • Proven track record in managing office infrastructure, housekeeping, and maintenance services. 

  • Managing rental car bookings, invoicing, and billing for the senior management of the company 

  • Managing security vendor requirements along with complete endtoend billing and attendance processes. 

  • Vendor management for all transport support.
