Summary:
As a Business Analyst, your day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. You will evaluate the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions, identifying areas for improvement. Your role includes gathering and synthesizing information from various sources to define the desired future state or business solution that meets customer needs. This position requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational dynamics and envisioning effective integrations between business and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project objectives and methodologies.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
