Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
