Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating these business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Experience in designing and developing data warehousing solutions that support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data flows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and deliver robust solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
