Business Associate

• Proper understanding of key financial metrics like Revenue, Costs, Margin, Pipeline and Bookings
• Prepare/publish Financial reports, decks, dashboards covering key metrics
• Perform multifaceted analysis on Financial data & provide meaningful insight
• Good with tracking and maintaining a log of pending items and eventually concluding the process
• Drive process improvement including Automation of reports
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities
• Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting
• Provide real time coverage to the US geography stakeholders (3 PM IST onwards)

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Qualifications: Graduate (Commerce)
• Proper understanding of key financial metrics like Revenue, Costs, Margin, Pipeline and Bookings
• Total Experience: The candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
• Skillset: 
• MS Advance Excel (Expert)
• MS PowerPoint (Advanced)
• Power BI (Expert)
• Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Tableau

 

Preferred Skills 

• Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (3 PM IST onwards) for maximum US coverage
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Understanding of Financial Reporting & analysis
• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools
• Multitasking Skills
