Business Associate

KPMG Global Services (KGS) delivers  smart working process, rapidly scalable solutions and the right talent . The position in discussion is with Operations team in Capability Hubs (CH) at KGS, which is KPMG’s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally.

KGS’ CH business is a team of over 1,500 professionals based in Gurugram and Bangalore and has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally. The CH capabilities include Research & Benchmarking, Knowledge Management, Account Management Services, Quality & Risk Management, Pursuits, Creative, Marketing, Business Operations Insights, Resourcing and Business Services.

The Business Operations team provides support to the CH and business leadership on aspects such as KPI tracking and reporting, and solutioning queries / acting as a thought partner on nuances such as contractual compliance, invoicing, and financial planning. This helps ensure smooth day to day running of the CH business.

 The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.

•Assist with multiple processes within the CH Operations team – Work and assist across processes within the Capability Hubs Operations team. •Manage KPI reporting for e.g., Util, Headcount, attrition for a key stakeholder (G&S) •Reporting: Support in preparation of periodic and ad-hoc compliance reports and analysis (in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), on a timely basis; assist with gathering correct inputs / drive corrections. •HR-and-system on-boarding, off boarding, exit process and head count validation: Liaise with various teams on completing the on-boarding processes for new joiners (onshore requirements); track all exits; validate HC by cost centers and geography every month. •Track compliance and flag concerns/issues: Training CPE credits, and timesheet entries. •Maintain DLs, seating changes, etc.: Manage the structure of distribution lists; coordinate on seating changes; etc. •Assist with other activities/processes within the team: MI review, application/database licensing process, and accounts receivables process.
