Business Associate

Working as Business Associate in the team, your responsibilities will include:

•Contribute to research and benchmarking assignments as a part of an ongoing go to market engagement, or eminence building through supporting on thought leadership, point of view documents, competitive intelligence, etc. •Conceive, design, and execute secondary research on: –Survey analysis: Able to collaborate with the thought leadership team to design surveys, able to identify key insights that can support the development of compelling content. Knowledge of advance power BI would have added advantage –Thought leadership piece: Able to help with content development by providing well-supported research findings and recommendations –Industry analysis: Able to support thought leadership research with the latest industry trends, emerging topics, and relevant news –Market studies: industry value chain, size and growth outlook, trends and drivers, growth inhibitors and challenges, competitive landscape, Porter’s / PESTLE analysis, etc. •Contribute to preparation of client deliverables (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) •Prepare client deliverables and prepare client ready presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand •Understand client objectives, and context with minimal guidance, and relate research conducted to meet end objectives •Gain proficiency in product such as surveys, industry analysis, competitive intelligence, etc. and be able to execute it completely •Work collaboratively with leads across Research and Benchmarking teams

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Economics / Statistics •MBA / M.Com/ PG in Commerce

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Proficiency in MS-Office - Intermediate/Advanced MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word •Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills •Strong analysis skills  and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights •Good knowledge of secondary research sources •Exposure to Data tools such as Power BI and Alteryx would be an advantage
