Business Operations Associate
Job Title - Business Operations Associate
Management Level : CL12
Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon
Must have skills: Cvent Registration Management and Event Building, Registration Systems
Good to have skills: Project Management, Additional Event Technology
Job Summary:
Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.
Work directly with event owners to design and develop sites using Accenture-branded assets and templates and configure the right system features and functionality to allow a smooth event attendee registration process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and configure event websites and registration portals based on event requirements.
- Integrate website data with event management platforms such as MMS (Salesforce), On24, and Touchcast.
- Ensure all web builds align with compliance, consent policies, branding, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct thorough website testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Implement website changes, updates, and enhancements as required.
Registration & Attendee Management:
- Support the Meetings & Events Registration Lead in managing attendee registration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user experience and registration issues.
- Manage waitlists, approvals, rooming lists, and attendee changes in collaboration with event owners.
- Ensure a seamless integration between the registration system and other event technologies.
Communication & Reporting:
- Coordinate the distribution of invitations, reminders, and confirmation emails.
- Generate and maintain reports on event registration metrics.
- Assist in post-event website updates, data uploads, and billing reconciliations.
- Support the creation and distribution of post-event feedback surveys.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support special projects and taskforces as assigned.
- Develop and refine best practices for web builds and attendee registration processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Atleast 2 years of working knowledge of building events in Cvent or supporting Cvent registration system. (non- negotiable skill)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex themes
- Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Experience of Change Management; Process Design / Process Improvement
Additional Information:
- Strong working knowledge and hand on experience of Cvent and its products in a project delivery or event build setting.
- Knowledge of any additional Event technology apart from Cvent would be an added benefit
- Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
- Considerable experience of delivering brand, marketing and communications projects in global organizations
- Outstanding communication skills
- Cvent certifications would be an added advantage
- Shift hours will be 6:30PM – 3:30 AM (US EST will change as per day light savings)
