Business Process Designer
Project Role : Business Process DesignerProject Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, your day involves carefully examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. You work closely with various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs. Throughout the day, you focus on developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. You also design mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback, ensuring that processes continue to evolve and improve over time. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of your role as you help bridge gaps between business objectives and practical solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate process designs and improvements clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Assist junior team members in understanding process design principles and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements and use cases.
- Familiarity with continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
