Business Process Designer

Project Role : Business Process Designer
Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves closely examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working collaboratively with various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs thoroughly. Throughout the day, the individual focuses on designing processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, they establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback to ensure that processes continue to evolve and improve over time, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design principles.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented changes and recommend further enhancements as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows effectively.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to gather and validate requirements.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for process monitoring and feedback collection.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process changes and benefits to stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
