In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. The Digital Procurement Transformation Leader is responsible for defining and executing the digital vision for Procurement, leveraging technology, data, and automation to transform Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Analytics. The role ensures measurable value realization, high user adoption, and scalable digital capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Define and own the digital procurement strategy aligned to enterprise and finance transformation goals • Develop a multi-year roadmap covering ERP optimization, e-Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Portals, Spend Analytics, and AI enablement • Lead procurement digital maturity assessments and value case development • Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua) • Drive automation through RPA, OCR, touchless invoicing, and catalog enablement • Ensure system integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Master Data platforms • Establish advanced spend analytics and KPI dashboards for real-time insights • Leverage AI/GenAI for demand forecasting, guided buying, contract intelligence, and risk sensing • Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency • Define and govern digital-driven savings and productivity metrics • Partner with Finance to track hard savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency gains • Ensure ROI realization from all digital investments • Standardize global digital S2C and P2P processes with a user-first design approach • Increase adoption through intuitive workflows, guided buying, and self-service tools • Improve compliance, cycle times, and touchless transaction rates • Lead global change management, training, and communication programs • Build digital procurement capabilities across category teams and operations • Act as the bridge between Procurement, IT, Finance, and external partners • Digitize supplier onboarding, performance management, and collaboration • Embed ESG, sustainability, and risk analytics into digital procurement platforms • Enable innovation through data-driven supplier partnerships
