Category Associate

As a Category Associate in the Hyperpure Team, you will work closely with a Category Manager to develop the strategic assortment within your category and meet your category's overall target.

What you need to bring to the 'table'

• Conduct thorough analysis of demand, supply, and seasonality trends across various product categories in order to enhance availability and plan more effectively

• Engage in inventory management to ensure consistent stock availability at all times

• Collaborate with 30-50 vendor partners to guarantee timely delivery

• Take ownership of key sales metrics such as category penetration, customer retention, average order value, and purchase frequency

• Work with the sales team and customers to address any gaps in stock keeping unit selection

• Partner with vendors to gain insights into market trends and seasonal factors to improve planning

• Monitor inventory movement through vendor depots to ensure timely arrival at our store

• Coordinate with Payment Operations to resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and GRN

• Work closely with Supply Chain Management to resolve any issues that may arise during the inbound process

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management systems and business processes to ensure smooth functioning and the achievement of departmental goals

Who we are looking for?

At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing food products
