Summary:
As a Client Account Lead, you will engage with clients to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions tailored to their unique business challenges. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, driving sales growth, and influencing client strategies. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that client needs are met while fostering strong relationships and promoting the expansion of services offered. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with client relationship management software.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development.
- Ability to analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
