Job Description:

We are looking for a Certinia Reporting Consultant with a strong background in PSA and CPQ implementations. The role focuses on the Development, Maintenance, and Optimization of financial and operational reports using the Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Certinia report building, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports that drive decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the Certinia platform to support various business functions and stakeholders.
• Certinia Reporting Consultant with a strong background in PSA and CPQ Reporting implementations
• Create complex dashboards within the Certinia platform based on Reports and Tables.
• End-to-end Creation of Reports and  dashboards for data accuracy and feature functionality.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand their reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
• Understanding of data modeling based on user specifications
• SQL query writing experience
• Enhance reporting capabilities by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Stay current with Certinia updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionalities as needed.
• Assist in the development of financial and operational performance metrics and KPIs.
• Document reporting processes and configurations for future reference and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Certinia Reporting platform for PSA and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of professional services processes, project management, and the sales lifecycle.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing PSA and CPQ solutions to enhance business processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform and integration of Certinia with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Certinia certifications in PSA and CPQ are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the professional services industry or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of other Salesforce products and their integration with Certinia.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct client training sessions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
