Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Certinia Consultant with a strong background in PSA and CPQ implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing Certinia solutions (formerly known as FinancialForce) to enhance our clients' service delivery and sales processes. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Certinia PSA and CPQ solutions for clients.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand clients’ business processes and identify gaps that can be bridged with Certinia solutions.
• Design and configure Certinia PSA and CPQ modules to meet specific client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and solution recommendations to clients to support their business objectives.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Certinia solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to successfully deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Certinia PSA and CPQ implementations.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay current with Certinia product updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of professional services processes, project management, and the sales lifecycle.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing PSA and CPQ solutions to enhance business processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform and integration of Certinia with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Certinia certifications in PSA and CPQ are highly desirable.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the professional services industry or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of other Salesforce products and their integration with Certinia.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct client training sessions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
