Consultant - AU Insights

Australia Insights at KGS collaborates closely with its stakeholders to oversee and execute account management and intelligence activities. The team plays a key role in enabling growth and identify new revenue generation opportunities, through delivering qualitative and quantitative insights to assist in driving revenue growth and enhancing client engagement.  

Roles & responsibilities :

Key attributes:

•Responsible for independently executing projects focused on driving data insights •Lead project scoping, and project planning to ensure high quality insight generating •Should have strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to synthesize large sets of qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights •Demonstrate proficiency MS-Excel with knowledge of VBA, PowerPoint and Word •Articulate findings through visually appealing / appropriate frameworks – prepare reports and  presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand •Connect with users to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables •Collaborate with senior stakeholders for planning, execution and communicate findings and insights to assist in strategic decision-making •Work with a cross-cultural team to deliver short and long-term projects •Ensure highest quality and on-time delivery for all the projects •Independently execute strategic projects with minimal supervision Education / professional qualifications •MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent post graduation/diploma with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience •M. Com, MA, M. Tech with 4-6 years of relevant work experience •BA, B. Com, BBA, B Tech/BE  with 6-8 years of relevant work experience

Technical skills:

•MS-Office - Advanced MS-Excel with knowledge of VBA, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word •Proficiency in Power-BI, Alteryx, Python, R •Logical thought structuring and ability to draw insights •Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills •Experience in preparing analytical reports
