Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role

A creative thinker who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys problem solving. Should possess outstanding client relationship, project leadership, and persuasive communication skills. Will be responsible to deliver consulting projects across a broad range of services, including workplace strategy and change management.

Will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, open, collaborative environment and be able to prioritize tasks, for yourself and others, across multiple projects in different phases of completion.

 

What You Will Do

  • Support India Workplace & Change Management vertical for our client (including integration with any remaining works from pervious service providers)

  • Support in project planning & ensure delivery of key communication strategy and content (workplace & change)

  • Actively participate and contribute at all stages of a Workplace and Change projects (including the workplace brief & its conceptualization, story boarding the report, internal reviews and other constituents)

  • Be responsible and actively contribute for drafting, preparing and producing quality deliverables, outputs, content for both workplace and change projects (e.g. Power-point, Word, Excel, etc.) including – presentation / session decks, program plans, project scope, change management roadmap, change readiness assessment, communication plan & strategy, data analytics, minutes of meetings, session summary reports, emails, teasers, newsletters, & other collateral as per direction of project lead along with monitoring the same real time

  • Plan and perform user research and data collection activities

  • Set up research tools, including surveys, polls, focus groups, virtual whiteboards, for seamless workplace strategy and change management activities related evaluation and outputs

  • Support workplace strategy and change communication efforts - design, development, delivery and management of communications.

  • Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Actively contribute in meetings / presentations / discussions / query addressal 

  • Data Analysis:Detailed analysis of relevant workplace strategy and change management related project surveys including conducting change impact analysis and assessing change readinessThorough understanding of the data captured as part of the online surveys with the ability to create pivots, graphs and charts (standard + customized).Actively participate in the process and data collection through the interviews and FGDs that feeds into the various workplace strategy and change related activity reports.Draw meaningful conclusions from the data collected

  • Preparation Work: clearly understand the client problem statement and develop compelling communications that help clients to visualize and understand the benefits and implications of our strategies and recommendations

  • Co-lead and drive Workplace and Change Management Project sessions, (including, change champion sessions, focus group discussions with all BU leads, team leads, etc.)

  • Organize change activities such as campus walks, clean-up day events, and vendor demonstrations

  • Actively plan and execute employee engagement campaigns; support project team members in liaising with the client in execution of these campaigns

  • Be responsible for video content including storyboarding, liaising with relevant stakeholders for quality & timely collateral and production of the videos

  • Actively participate and contribute in Post move evaluation such as feedback sessions with BU leads, team leads and change champions including post move health checks (surveys, feedback, etc.) to evaluate success of change and lessons learnt for next move for every successive phase of move

  • Grow existing client relationships

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field preferred

  • Experience and/or background in social science or business is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

  • Strong graphic and persuasive writing skills

  • Familiarity with research methodologies and processes

  • Interest in user research, design strategy and space programming

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)

  • Familiarity with Qualtrics and website development software/language is a plus
