Consultant - Deal Advisory
Working as a Consultant in this team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
•Possess knowledge and understanding for statutory accounts and corporate income tax requirements for APAC countries. •Preparation of draft Corporate Income tax returns for APAC countries including preparing of underlying workpapers, tax schedules and other supporting documentation. •Train junior staff and New Joiners on tax returns.. •Provide tax compliance and advisory services to trusts, corporation and partnerships for a various clients. •Preparing of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP. •Delivering on a range of technical accounting and tax advisory engagements. This will include: •Calculate and verify the accuracy of CIT liabilities and deductions based on financial statements and records. •Review and analyse financial data , adjusting entries as needed to comply with tax regulations. •Assist in gathering and organizing data and supporting documents from internal teams for accurate tax return preparation. •Conduct tax research on new laws, regulations and updates relevant to corporate income taxes. •Identify potential tax credits and deductions to minimize tax liabilities. •Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on technical accounting matters (US GAAP / IFRS). •Preparing Reporting GAAP to Local conversion. • Proactively interact with the internal and onshore engagement team to gather information and resolve tax-related problems.Working as a Consultant in this team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

•CA / CPA / ACCA with 2+ years of exp •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldWork experience
•Proven tax experience in preparing corporate income tax returns or working in tax related role with a public accounting or advisory firm or similar organization. •Strong knowledge of corporate tax, laws, regulations and tax compliance.. •Experience in finalization of Statutory Accounts under IFRS / US GAAP •Experience of working on tools like Taxlabs, XPA, XERO, TR-Onesource or similar tax tools.Key behavioral attributes/requirements

•Understanding international and local tax requirements as well as US GAAP and IFRS framework and ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively. •Ability to research, read, comprehend and critically examine accounting standards and tax pronouncements in order to have an informed point of view is a MUST •Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment. •Working knowledge of Taxlabs, XPA, XERO, TR-Onesource or similar tax tools.Experience Level
