Job Description
The Support & Maintenance Team Lead will be accountable for leading and mentoring the support team to ensure consistent, high-quality performance of the .NET-based web scraping and data automation platform. The role requires a graduate with strong computer literacy, demonstrated leadership capability, and the ability to coach and develop support engineers. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Team Lead will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, handle escalations, and implement best practices to drive system stability, scalability, and efficiency.The ideal candidate will also bring foundational AI and automation expertise, including experience with intelligent data processing, anomaly detection, log analysis, and the use of AI-enabled monitoring or predictive maintenance tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, the Team Lead will ensure clear, timely communication and effective resolution of critical incidents while continuously improving support processes through data-driven and AI-assisted insights.
