Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - MDM Process & Data Analyst 

In this role, you be part of the iOps Services team and reporting to the manager of FMDM. The Finance Master Data Analyst will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain, analyse, execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in General Ledger, Cost Center, Profit Center, CoA along with knowledge on  SAP & S4. 

Responsibilities: 

• Knowledge on SAP & S4 / MRP 

• General Ledger (GL) Activity, Cost Center (CC), Profit Center (PC) Activity, Chart of Accounts (CoA) Activity 

• Assess and optimize the end-to-end process for GL account creation, blocking/unblocking, and changes. 

• Extend GL process improvements to include template company codes for scalability. 

• Enhance data quality and minimize errors, especially for high-volume GL changes. 

• Standardize the CC creation process, ensuring hierarchical consistency across all financial systems. 

• Address and resolve existing blocking/unblocking challenges to improve process efficiency. 

• Ensure uniformity in CC-related changes to maintain consistent financial data. 

• Implement robust processes for accurate creation and management of ERP and CFIN Profit Centers. 

• Align Profit Center configurations with critical reporting requirements to ensure seamless financial reporting. 

• System Adjustments and Other Processes 

• Manage and validate mappings in master data tables 

• Support supplemental steps processing in SAP for smooth operations. 

• Validate and approve Change Requests (CRs) 

• Perform improvement testing and validate process outcomes. 

• Support system upgrades, process improvements and testing as they are rolled out.  

• Verification and support for technical requests raised by steady-state operations. 

• Coordinate with technical teams for ticket resolution when required. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Experience – Relevant Experience 

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in finance 

• Relevant years in SAP Master data for Finance Master  

• Good Working Knowledge in SAP - S4 

• A high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a results and customer-oriented style of working describe you 

• You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility 

• Team player with strong analytical, cooperation and communication skills 

• Enjoyment working in a dynamic team  

• Very good English language skills 

• Flexible with Shift timings 

• Should have good knowledge of Finance Master Data requirements 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Strong Finance background with knowledge on GL,CC,PC,CoA 

• Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective 

• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

• Great at communication, collaboration  

• Flexible, organized, multi- task team player 

• Analytical, Problem Solving, Excel, Good Communication, able to work individually  

• Work with business units and process experts to resolve Finance master data issues 

• High Energy level
