Inviting  applications for  the role  of  Consultant – Operations Engineer 
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Ops Engineer with a strong focus on virtual desktop and Windows hardware experience. You will play a vital role in supporting our virtual desktop infrastructure and Windows hardware solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will strive for alignment of priorities between the engineering team, end-users, the product owner, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities      
•    Hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PCs; candidates without Windows 365 experience should have solid operational expertise in VDI platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Citrix
•    Experience in Windows endpoint administration, virtual desktop operations, or cloud-based endpoint management, with experience in analytics and monitoring tools considered a strong plus
•    Provide L2 support for issues related to Cloud PC access, performance, availability, networking, compliance, and application functionality
•    Manage user lifecycle operations, including Cloud PC assignments, resizing, reprovisioning, and system resets as needed
•    Strong understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, device compliance, Autopilot, and other Microsoft 365 ecosystem technologies
•    Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within a professional environment, including communication with technical and non-technical teams

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.     
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills      
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
•    Experience with incidents, problems, and change management following ITIL/ITSM best practices. 
•    Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and user experience.
•    You understand how endpoint technologies, such as laptops and peripherals, impact user productivity and satisfaction
