Consultant - Software Asset Management Technical (Servicenow SAM Pro)

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Spearhead the configuration of ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers, including Oracle GLAS Discovery, VMware, and other infrastructure components critical for SAM.
• Setup integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP to facilitate comprehensive SAM data collection.
• Configure SaaS integrations for major publishers like Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce, and others, enhancing software asset visibility and control.
• Set up cloud cost management for platforms like Azure and Google, optimizing cloud spend and resource allocation.
• Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks, including plugin enablement, update set management, and service catalog configurations.
• Apply foundational knowledge of CMDB and CSDM to ensure effective configuration management.
• Utilize basic software asset management expertise to handle entitlement loads, model normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in licensing for at least one software publisher is preferred.
