Contact Center Sr Engineer - Genesys cloud


Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer role focuses on leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of Genesys Cloud solutions within Alight's contact center environment. This involves expertise -

> Genesys Cloud CX architecture

> Genesys Cloud Web Messaging

> Genesys Cloud features, and integrations

> Genesys Cloud Bots, NLP

> Genesys Cloud Quality Management

> Genesys Cloud configuration and ongoing management

> Strong technical skills in Architect workflows, call routing, and API integrations. 

The role also requires experience in monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
