What would you do? As an Agent, you must follow daily work patterns and be responsible towards targets. · Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate timeframe. · Adhering to Client SLAs · Ensure compliance in following Accenture and client policies/practices. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures. · Participate in cross-functional training. · Work on the tools required with ease and accuracy. · Meet the daily, weekly, monthly productivity and quality targets set for the role as per OKR. · Maintain accuracy in investigation method of cases and consistent at providing observations for product improvement. · Update all required daily/weekly/monthly templates and reports. · Focus on continuous improvement of knowledge on Process Policies/guidelines.
