In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing content related to education, colleges, courses, and career guidance. You will conduct in-depth research, ensure factual accuracy, and present information in an engaging and structured manner. Collaboration with the content, SEO, and product teams to enhance content quality and visibility will be a key aspect of your role.

Job Description

Experience: 0-1 year || CTC: 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop high-quality content on topics related to education, colleges, exams, courses, and career paths.
• Write, proofread, and edit engaging and SEO-friendly content for the website, blogs, and other platforms.
• Optimize content using keywords, meta descriptions, and best SEO practices to improve search rankings.
• Ensure factual accuracy by cross-verifying information from credible sources.
• Collaborate with the SEO and product teams to improve content reach and engagement.
• Format and structure content effectively using headings, bullet points, and tables for better readability.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand voice and content guidelines.
• Update and maintain existing content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.

Qualifications

Skillset Required:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus.
• Ability to adapt writing style to suit different types of content.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for content formatting is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and content management tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
